Meet The Founder

Juan Antonio Santosh

Project Yodhapdha was founded by Juan, a grassroots humanitarian and disaster relief leader whose journey began during the devastating 2018 Kerala floods. What started as an act of urgent compassion—helping evacuate stranded elders and deliver food to isolated families—evolved into a mission to build a nationwide culture of preparedness, empathy, and resilience.

With no formal background in disaster management, [Name] stepped into flooded streets, organized impromptu relief drives, and collaborated with emergency responders. But she realized that true impact would come not just from reacting to disasters—but by empowering people to prepare for them. That vision became Yodhapdha.

Over the years, [Name] has trained hundreds of youth volunteers, designed community safety programs, and championed the use of technology in crisis response. She believes that every citizen can be a warrior, and that local resilience is the most powerful force against nature’s unpredictability.

Today, her work has been recognized by civic bodies, NGOs, and climate action networks across India. But her true reward remains the same: a village prepared, a life saved, a future rebuilt.
